At Jaipur Ceramics, we offer a premium White Glove Delivery Service for select items. Your products will be delivered to your room of choice by appointment, unpacked, and fully assembled by our expert two-person team. This service also includes the removal and recycling of all packaging materials. Please note that the fee for this service may vary depending on your location and order total. (Doorstep delivery does not include assembly.)
FLAT RATE DELIVERY
Enjoy the convenience of Flat Rate Delivery for your orders. You can have an unlimited number of eligible items, including furniture and select non-furniture products, delivered to a single shipping address for a fixed rate. Your entire order will ship once all items are ready for delivery. Fees for this service depend on your location and total order value.
RETURN POLICY
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items for a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that custom and Made-to-Order products are non-returnable.
